Wedding at Portola Springs in Irvine
Tori and Andrew Aoki’s wedding at the Portola Springs Community Center
It finally happened! My close friends Andrew and Tori tied the knot on a bright and sunny day in Irvine at the Portola Springs Community Center and it was so wonderful! Truth be told, I’ve been waiting for what seems like a long time after our engagement photo session and I was so happy that their wedding day had finally come!
The wedding venue had a beautiful mountain view of the surrounding homes and hills, coupled with a boho-themed wedding that has always been Tori and Andrew’s vibe. After the ceremony, we took photos on a grass patch that had big rocks, and yes, some cacti that we carefully navigated around, and took some beautiful pictures. There, Tori and Drew decided in a spur of the moment, to share an intimate first dance with each other before returning to see the guests at the reception.
The rest of the evening was filled with good times and laughter as lots of love was given to the amazing couple by their guests. As the sun began to set over the mountains, and the wedding night slowly drew to a close, Tori then rocked a classic black leather jacket that simply said, “Mrs. Aoki” on the back. She seems very happy to be Andrew’s wife, and I think I speak for everyone there when I say that we are happy for both of them!
